We know what’s at stake.

OUR UNIQUE APPROACH

Emery Reddy vs. the typical personal injury law firm

We pride ourselves on building a personal relationship with you based on trust, respect and a deep understanding of your case and your goals.

We don’t rely on an army of paralegals, automated databases, call-prompt software and associate attorneys who don’t understand your case and who you’ve never met. We seek to build a first-name relationship with each client, and often build lasting friendships with the people we serve.

We’re available and ready to talk to you directly, face-to-face, now and anytime you need us.

We don’t screen ourselves behind secretaries, assistants, and paralegals. If we take your personal injury or auto-accident case, you can call us directly at any time, and know that your attorney will personally answer or call right back. Unlike the experience many clients have during the legal process, you’ll never wait days for a status update. How do we remain so available? We employ sophisticated technology to be “on-call” to assist you. At Emery Reddy, we are very selective about the clients we work with and the cases we accept. Our focus on fewer clients allows us to dedicate more of our time to helping you win your case.

We get results.

Whether we litigate or settle for you, we focus on bottom-line solutions that provide you the maximum recovery in the least amount of time possible. Other firms take the easy way out—they settle your case for less than you deserve because they are unwilling to litigate, or have other cases they would rather try. If we take your case, we pledge not to stop fighting until we get you every last dime of the recovery you deserve.

We never stop fighting for our clients.

From the day we accept your case to the day you’ve received your recovery and begin moving on with your life, we don’t stop fighting for you. Many firms consider a settlement check or jury award the end of their work, leaving clients with a number of loose ends to negotiate on their own. At Emery Reddy, that milestone is just one step in finalizing your case: we continue working to negotiate your outstanding medical bills, resolve any subrogation issues, resolve insurance premium issues and increases, and even work through collection issues that may arise as a result of lost earnings associated with your injury. Simply put, we understand that obtaining your recovery is not the last step; we are here for you through the entire process.

We are a full service law firm.

You may have issues that extend to other areas of the law, such as claims for violations of federal or state collection, violations involving credit reporting laws, or claims for bad faith by your insurance company. We can resolve these issues as well as those involving your primary claim. Some clients are forced to deal with collections issues and credit score issues as a result of their insurance company’s failure to pay their medical bills. We quickly and efficiently resolve these issues. Our attorneys are experienced litigators who have litigated cases in state and federal court throughout Washington. We will not hesitate to ensure that your rights are protected and that your injury does not endanger your relationship with your medical providers or creditors, or result in derogatory marks against your credit.

Other clients find that their own insurance companies act in bad faith when considering their claims and paying their medical bills. We work directly with your insurance company, and will litigate against them if your insurer acts in bad faith.

Unlike many firms, we will not refer you to another attorney at some outside firm who may or may not take your case, and with whom you may not be able to build a solid and trust-based relationship. We seek to resolve all issues that might arise because of your injury or accident. Simply put, we do it all—efficiently and with expertise.

We accept cases we are willing to litigate.

We accept injury cases in the following areas: automobile accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall and other property injuries, product liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death, on-the-job injuries and related workers' compensation claims.
