Timothy W. Emery - Attorney at Law

Tim Emery is a member of Emery | Reddy, PLLC. Mr. Emery represents companies in complex litigation and transactional matters and provides general counsel assistance. He performs a broad range of services from helping startups achieve their growth goals to managing litigation for Fortune 500 companies. He has handled a range of cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, with a particular emphasis on business-related litigation.

Mr. Emery also accepts select cases on behalf of individual clients, such as class action cases for violations of CROA, FCRA, FDCPA and other state and federal consumer protection statutes. He is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, the Salt Lake City Bar Association, the Washington State Bar Association, the Utah State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

He is admitted to practice law in the federal and state courts of Washington and Utah, where he has litigated a variety of cases.

Patrick B. Reddy - Attorney at Law

Patrick Reddy is a member of Emery | Reddy, PLLC. Mr. Reddy’s practice consists of employment law, workers’ compensation, and real estate and general civil litigation matters with a focus on territorial employment issues including federal and state industrial insurance and employment contract and disability discrimination disputes. He has successfully tried cases before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and various state courts.

Mr. Reddy represents businesses in contract disputes, business formation and dissolution disputes, general counsel matters, and workers’ compensation and employment disputes. He has also served individuals in state and federal court in workers’ compensation, personal injury, ADA, FMLA, and FDCPA matters. Mr. Reddy is a member of the King County Bar Association, the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, the Washington State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Reddy is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington and all state courts of Washington.
