EEOC Files Disability Discrimination Lawsuit Against Major Copper Tubing Manufacturer

In August the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) announced that it had filed a disability discrimination lawsuit against KobeWieland Copper Products, LLC (EEOC v.
