We are a thriving firm that specializes in plaintiff litigation in the fields of workers’ compensation, employment law, and injury claims. This position is responsible for the administrative tasks involved in our workers’ compensation claims, including being the main point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, dependability, great attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow with the firm. The Case Managers report to senior paralegals and attorneys.

Job Type: Full-time, In Person

Salary: $23 – 27 per hour, DOE

Job Location: Seattle, WA

Duties Include:

  • Maintain contact with clients as the designated primary contact for workers’ compensation clients
  • Ensure the client is receiving all workers’ compensation communications and correspondence.
  • Maintain communication with the Department of Labor and Industries and vocational counselors to ensure claims are proceeding in a timely fashion.
  • Working closely with the document clerk to ensure pertinent records are requested and organized in a timely matter.
  • Reporting to senior paralegals.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by attorneys and paralegals.

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1– 3 years of customer service or sales experience required
  • 1 – 3 years of law firm experience preferred

We are passionate about serving our clients and we enjoy doing it!  The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting, hiring, and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Salary Range: $68,000 – $75,000, DOE

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of certain staff.
  • May assist with performance evaluations.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
