Senior Paralegal

Cailey has worked as a Paralegal where she assists with Class Action litigation practice since she joined Emery | Reddy in 2022. She has a degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and a Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University. She has been working in the legal field since 2009 and has extensive litigation experience in many practice areas.

Stephanie Atencio, Case Manager

Stephanie Atencio,
Case Manager

Stephanie has been a Case Manager with Emery | Reddy since 2022. Before joining the team, she worked reviewing Medicare appeals. She graduated from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in International Relations. She enjoys hiking, camping, biking, and has recently joined a book club.

Lesley Ballard

Lesley Ballard,
Senior Paralegal

Lesley has been a paralegal with Emery | Reddy since 2019. Before joining the team, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California — San Diego.

Kelsey Barnes

Kelsey Barnes,
Employment Document Clerk

Kelsey started in the spring of 2025 and currently assists the Employment Team as a Document Clerk. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, attending concerts, and spending time with her friends and family, including her dog, Stella.

Stephen Beer, Paralegal

Stephen Beer,
Paralegal

Stephen is a Paralegal with a focus on Employment Law, wrongful termination, discrimination, and Contract Law. Since he joined the Emery | Reddy team in 2022, he has brought a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for clients of all identities. Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Economics with a Minor in Judaic Studies from the University of Michigan. 

Calum Bryant Liscenced Legal Intern

Calum Bryant,
APR 9 Licensed Legal Intern

Calum has been with the firm since 2021, where he began as a Document Clerk and quickly rose to the position of Case Manager on the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Team. Calum recently completed his J.D., graduating with High Honors from the University of Washington School of Law. Now, while studying for the Bar Exam, Calum works as an APR 9 Licensed Legal Intern on employment and workers’ compensation cases. 

Will Carlson

Will Carlson,
Junior Paralegal

Will joined Emery | Reddy as a Document Clerk in October 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Washington and will begin law school at Seattle University in fall 2025. Outside of work, Will enjoys watching movies, cheering on UW football, and following Chelsea FC.

Gabrielle Chambers

Gabrielle Chambers,
Vocational Assistant

Gabrielle started as a Document Clerk before quickly joining the Workers’ Compensation team as the Vocational Assistant. Gabby received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oregon State University with an emphasis in Law and Politics. She brings an air of delight to our Seattle office, and she enjoys ‘60s country music, volunteering, and Jeopardy!

Briana Chappell

Briana Chappell,
Employment Document Clerk

Briana joined the Employment Team as a Document Clerk in 2025. She graduated from the University of Nore Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Affairs, as well as a minor in Constitutional Studies. She has over three years of experience as a Research Assistant studying affirmative action, education, and international law. Prior to working at Emery Reddy, Briana worked at King County Elections helping to register new voters. Briana brings experience in civil and human rights to the firm, and she is passionate about law and justice as avenues for social change. On the weekends, Briana can be found trying a new coffee shop or hiking in the woods.

Jen Chong, Legal Assistant

Legal Assistant

Jennifer is a Legal Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in her field. She joined the team at Emery | Reddy in 2016 and helps our Attorneys with legal research, hearings and mediations, and managing workers’ compensation and employment cases. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lucy.

Kati Christopher, Senior Paralegal

Kati Christopher,
Senior Paralegal

Kati joined Emery | Reddy in 2015 and is the team’s most senior paralegal. With 14 years of workers’ compensation expertise, Kati works with our L&I Workers’ Compensation Attorneys, Legal Team, and Clients to ensure that each case receives proper care and attention. Kati graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She enjoys teaching ice skating, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her husband and three cats, Cinnamon, Pickles, and Waffles.

Meghan Conway

Meghan Conway,
Employment Document Clerk

Meghan began assisting the Employment Team as a Document Clerk in 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, along with a Certificate of Security Studies from Dickinson College. She spends her free time hiking, reading, and practicing Hapkido.

Fynn Holbrook

Fynn Holbrook,
Case Manager

Fynn recently joined the Workers’ Compensation team as a Case Manager. They come to the firm with a background in Anthropology from the University of Washington, and they have held a previous position as an Archeological Field Technician. When they aren’t attending a good concert, they can be found playing video games or Yu-Gi-Oh TCG Competitions.

Rachel LaFonte

Rachel LaFonte,
Case Manager

Rachel joined the Emery | Reddy Workers’ Compensation team in 2023. She graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a concentration in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She has spent most of her career working with victims and offenders of sexual assault crimes, and she is experienced in the field of Criminal Justice. She is excited to continue to help the injured with their workers’ compensation claims.

Kaleena Lechowicz

Kaleena Lechowicz,
Paralegal

Kaleena joined Emery | Reddy in August 2024 as a Worker’s Compensation Paralegal. She assists the Case Managers, Legal Team, and Clients with claims at the Department level. Kaleena has been working in the legal field since 2014, bringing extensive experience in the Workers’ Compensation field and a passion for advocating for injured workers. Kaleena received her Paralegal Certificate from Pierce College in 2021, and she is recognized by NALA as a member and Certified Paralegal. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology from Lake Superior State University in Michigan. Kaleena enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and learning new things; and she loves music and going to concerts, and spending time at home with her family and cats, Mango and Ryu. 

Caleb Lewis, Senior Paralegal

Caleb joined the team at Emery | Reddy in the beginning of 2020. He works with the Workers’ Compensation Team as a Paralegal who assists with Litigation. He has a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University.

Hope Marshall

Hope began her journey at Emery | Reddy as a Document Clerk and is now a Case Manager on the Workers’ Compensation Team. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Washington in creative writing, cultural studies, and communications. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and writing poetry.

Alec Mikesell

Alec Mikesell,
Paralegal

Alec was drawn to the history of American labor organizing and the struggle for workers’ rights while pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in History at Brigham Young University – Idaho. He joined Emery | Reddy in 2022 soon after moving to Seattle becoming a Paralegal on the Employment Team after first working as Receptionist and an Intake Specialist. Alec enjoys hiking, camping, live music, and poetry.

Celia Mongeluzi

Celia Mongeluzi,
Paralegal

Celia started at Emery | Reddy in early 2024 as an Intake Specialist, but she quickly found her niche as a paralegal helping with 3rd Party and Employment Law, specifically with Document Reviews. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal Justice from West Chester University and a Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, where she was born and raised. Celia enjoys bringing treats for the Emery | Reddy Pawttorneys, drawing, playing video games, and spending time with her cat, Peanut.

Michelle Payne

Michelle Payne,
Junior Legal Assistant

Michelle joined the team at Emery | Reddy in 2023 as a Case Manager and now supports the Workers’ Compensation Litigation Team as a Junior Legal Assistant. Originally from North Carolina, she is a recent transplant to Washington from Virginia and is new to the legal field. However, she previously worked for the Virginia Health Department as a Case Investigator and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Michelle holds an Associate of Science with a focus on Social Sciences, and she is a former horse carriage driver and sheep-shearer. She enjoys making a difference for clients and learning new skills along the way.

Amelia Phillips

Amelia Phillips,
Vocational Specialist

Amelia joined the firm in 2024 as a Document Clerk. She joined our Workers’ Compensation Team assisting with vocational matters and has taken on the role of Vocational Specialist. Prior to joining Emery | Reddy, Amelia worked in the beauty industry until she found her passion in the world of Health Promotion, which she studied at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Amelia enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors in the Olympic National Park, and she is always on the lookout for her next read (suggestions welcome). 

Christian Salvucci

Christian Salvucci,
Junior Paralegal

Christian joined Emery | Reddy in March 2025 as a Junior Paralegal. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2019. Before transitioning into the legal field, he spent five years working in the hospitality industry, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service and client relations. Outside of work, Christian enjoys staying active with tennis and yoga and unwinding at home with his two cats, Cosmo and Toby.
