On April 13, 2025, NAHGA Claims Services (“NAHGA”) detected unusual activity involving its network systems. Independent cybersecurity experts were engaged to investigate, and it was determined that certain files may have been acquired without authorization between April 8 and April 10, 2025.
By October 2025, NAHGA completed its review and confirmed that some personal information was contained within the affected data. While there is no evidence of misuse, NAHGA is notifying impacted individuals out of an abundance of caution and offering complimentary identity theft protection services through IDX, which include credit monitoring, CyberScan monitoring, a $1,000,000 insurance reimbursement policy, and fully managed identity theft recovery services.
NAHGA is a nationally-recognized TPA, or Third Party Administrator, with a focus on secondary accident insurance claims processing for clients across the country.
Following the breach, NAHGA implemented enhanced security measures to protect its network and prevent similar incidents in the future.
