On October 13, 2025, FuturHealth, Inc. (“FutureHealth”) concluded its investigation into a data security incident involving unauthorized access to data hosted for G-Plans subscribers. The breach occurred on or before October 16, 2024, when an unknown actor acquired certain data without authorization. Although FuturHealth reports no evidence of misuse, the exposure of sensitive data constitutes a serious privacy risk.
FuturHealth, located in West Sacramento, California, provides data hosting services for G-Plans, a subscription-based nutrition and health platform. Following the incident, FuturHealth implemented additional security measures to protect subscriber data and minimize the risk of future breaches.
