    She has a degree in Sociology from the University of Washington and a Paralegal Certificate from George Mason University. She has been working in the legal field since 2009 and has extensive litigation experience in many practice areas.

    Devon recently joined the Emery | Reddy team as a Document Clerk. She graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Greek, Latin & Ancient Mediterranean Studies.

    Outside of work, Devon is a dancer, choreographer, and writer who loves spending time with her friends and her cat, Goose!

    She has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington State University. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting, attending concerts, and spending time with her friends and family, including her dog, Stella.

    Becca joined Emery | Reddy in 2022 as the Receptionist. Using her degree in literature and writing, she became the Marketing Assistant in 2024.

    Today, she holds the title of Office Coordinator and finds joy and fulfillment in maintaining positive client relationships and interoffice camaraderie. Raised in a military family, Becca has lived all across the United States and enjoys making connections with everyone she meets. You might find her in the office tending to plants, planning a party, or building furniture.

    Sarah is the Director of Office Operations for Emery | Reddy focused on streamlining processes, strengthening operations, and supporting firm-wide initiatives.

    With 15+ years of experience spanning real estate, agriculture, entertainment, and the U.S. Army, she has held leadership roles as a Director of Marketing, Regional Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Business Consultant. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys exploring psychology and human behavior, listening to true crime podcasts, and spending time with her four children.

    Junior Legal Assistant

    Sierra is a Junior Legal Assistant who joined the firm in September 2025 as a Document Clerk. Sierra holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Washington, with a focus on water policy, resource management, and fisheries economics related to the Southern Resident Killer Whales, and plans to attend law school in the near future.

    Outside of work, Sierra is a competitive bodybuilder and an ice hockey goalie, bringing discipline and drive to both professional and personal pursuits.

    Junior Paralegal

    Lance joined Emery | Reddy as an Intake Specialist in the summer of 2025. He graduated from the University of Washington with degrees in Political Science and Law, Societies, and Justice (LSJ).

    Lance plans to attend law school in the future. A lifelong Seattle area resident, he enjoys playing sports with friends, discovering new trivia night spots, and cheering for all the Seattle sports teams.

    Will joined Emery | Reddy as a Document Clerk in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Washington and will begin law school at Seattle University in fall 2025.

    Outside of work, Will enjoys watching movies, cheering on UW football, and following Chelsea FC.

    Gabrielle joined Emery | Reddy in 2023 as a Document Clerk with the Workers’ Compensation team before becoming our Vocational Assistant where she works closely with clients.

    Gabby received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Oregon State University with an emphasis in Law and Politics. She enjoys ‘60s country music, volunteering, and Jeopardy!

    Law Clerk

    Briana joined Emery | Reddy as a Document Clerk in 2025. She graduated from Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Global Affairs, and a minor in Constitutional Studies.

    She has over three years of experience as a Research Assistant studying affirmative action, education, and international law. Prior to working at Emery | Reddy, Briana worked at King County Elections helping to register new voters. Briana brings experience in civil and human rights to the firm, and she is passionate about law and justice as avenues for social change. On the weekends, Briana can be found trying a new coffee shop or hiking in the woods.

    Jennifer is a Legal Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in her field. She joined the team at Emery | Reddy in 2016 and assists with legal research, hearings and mediations, and case management.

    In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Lucy.

    Kati joined Emery | Reddy in 2015 and is the team’s most senior paralegal. With 14 years of workers’ compensation expertise, Kati works with our L&I — Workers’ Compensation Attorneys, Legal Team, and clients.

    She strives to ensure that each case receives proper care and attention. Kati graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. She enjoys teaching ice skating, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with her husband and three cats, Cinnamon, Pickles, and Waffles.

    Alex joined Emery | Reddy as a Project Manager in January of 2025 assisting our teams with structure and processes. Prior to joining the firm he served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy from 2020 to 2024. 

    He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Akron and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, weightlifting, and spending time with his partner Nesha and dogs Loki and Moose.

    Addisyn joined Emery | Reddy in the winter of 2025 as a Junior Paralegal. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Political Science.

    Outside of work, Addisyn enjoys going to concerts, thrifting, and being outdoors. When she isn’t out at a concert or camping trip, she enjoys spending time with her cat, Chili. She is currently preparing to go to law school.

    Sean joined the Emery Reddy Workers’ Compensation team in 2025 as a Document Clerk and has since transitioned into the role of Vocational Assistant, where he supports the firm’s Workers Compensation team.

    Outside of work, Sean enjoys weekends at the car track, shopping, and exploring new restaurants.

    Leena began her academic journey at Cosumnes River College, earning associate degrees in Communication, Liberal Arts, and Social Studies in 2019.

    She graduated from Sacramento State University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and is currently pursuing her master’s degree at Sacramento State. Her ultimate goal is to attend law school and become an attorney. Leena’s passion for law stems from her desire to address disparities within the justice system and ensure that everyone has a fair chance and a fair fight.

    Sophia graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Spanish, and Development and Social Justice.

    She joined Emery | Reddy as an Intake Specialist in October 2025 and quickly moved to Junior Paralegal. Outside of work, Sophia enjoys being outside in nature, playing soccer, and spending time with her cats, Butter and Toast.

    Rachel joined the Emery | Reddy Workers’ Compensation team in 2023. She graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

    Her concentration was in Criminology and Criminal Justice. She has spent most of her career working with victims and offenders of sexual assault crimes, and she is experienced in the field of Criminal Justice. She is excited to continue to help the injured with their workers’ compensation claims.

    Kaleena joined Emery | Reddy in 2024 as a Worker’s Compensation Paralegal. She assists the Case Managers, Legal Team, and clients at the Department level.

    Kaleena has been working in the legal field since 2014, bringing extensive experience in the Workers’ Compensation field and a passion for advocating for injured workers. Kaleena received her Paralegal Certificate from Pierce College in 2021, and she is recognized by NALA as a member and Certified Paralegal. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Psychology from Lake Superior State University in Michigan. Kaleena enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and learning new things; and she loves music and going to concerts, and spending time at home with her family and cats, Mango and Ryu.

    Inspired by a family legacy in the legal field, Bianca is passionate about law and is working toward returning to law school to advance her career.

    She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Los Angeles, and earned her Paralegal Certificate from UCLA. With over seven years of experience in the legal industry, Bianca has supported attorneys across diverse practice areas, including civil litigation, family law, trust administration, wills and trusts, and data breach. She brings a strong commitment to learning and particularly enjoys the complexity and depth of data breach cases. Outside of work, Bianca loves traveling, writing poetry, and exploring the outdoors. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Lotus.

    Lori began her legal career in 1980 and quickly found her niche in civil litigation.

    With over 45 years of experience — including the last three years focused on data breach matters — Lori brings extensive expertise in motion practice, discovery, research, case management, court procedures, and client support. Her depth of knowledge and adaptability make her an invaluable resource for achieving successful outcomes.

    Jamey joined Emery Reddy at the beginning of 2026 as an Intake Specialist. He has since joined the Employment Class Action Team as a Paralegal.

    Jamey graduated from the University of Western Washington with a Bachelor of Arts, where he majored in both Archaeology and History. Jamey hopes to go back to school and get a Masters in Museology to help bring museums and institutions into compliance with NAGPRA. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing sports, and being around friends and family.

    Alec “Sunny” Mikesell

    Paralegal

    Sunny studied labor organizing and the struggle for workers’ rights while pursuing his Bachelor of Arts in History at Brigham Young University — Idaho.

    He joined Emery | Reddy as a receptionist in the summer of 2022 and has since become a paralegal on the Class Action Employment Team. Sunny enjoys hiking, camping, poetry, and busking for charity.

    Emily Miller graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology. Throughout her college experience, Emily engaged in Political Science research opportunities.

    Their favorite research project is her undergraduate research thesis on sexual assault in her college town. Emily is passionate about advocacy, which has brought them to the Workers Compensation team. In their free time, Emily enjoys knitting, exploring outside, attending concerts, and trying new food spots.

    Celia started at Emery | Reddy in early 2024 as an Intake Specialist, but she quickly found her niche as a paralegal helping with 3rd Party and Employment Law.

    She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal Justice from West Chester University and a Paralegal Certificate from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, where she was born and raised. Celia enjoys bringing treats for the Emery | Reddy Pawttorneys, drawing, playing video games, and spending time with her cat, Peanut.

    Jess joined Emery | Reddy in 2025 as Lead Intake Specialist. She has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology from Washington State University.

    She brings five years of legal experience to her role. Jess is passionate about ensuring clients feel heard and supported from their very first point of contact, and she takes pride in guiding them with care and efficiency. Outside of work, she is a photographer (with a soft spot for weddings) and enjoys adventuring outside with her husband and their three labs.

    Sarah is the Marketing Manager at Emery | Reddy, where she leads firm-wide marketing efforts across both the Employment and Workers’ Compensation teams.

    With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Kansas and expertise in design, branding, content strategy, SEO, analytics, and campaign management, she’s been part of the firm since 2018. Sarah is passionate about sharing our firm’s mission to help Washington workers. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, true crime, and spending time with her family and four dogs.

    Workers’ Compensation Project Manager

    Amelia joined the firm in 2024 as a Document Clerk. She joined our Workers’ Compensation Team assisting with vocational matters, and has taken on the role of Vocational Specialist. 

    Prior to joining Emery | Reddy, Amelia worked in the beauty industry until she found her passion in the world of Health Promotion, which she studied at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. Amelia enjoys weightlifting, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors in the Olympic National Park, and she is always on the lookout for her next read (suggestions welcome).

    Paralegal

    Mara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Spanish minor from Sacramento State and an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.

    With nearly a decade of litigation experience, she has worked primarily in California Superior Courts on cases ranging from single-plaintiff civil matters to complex class actions across a wide array of subject areas. Mara loves living in Sacramento and is actively involved in her community. She is passionate about civics, geology, gardening, and music.

    Clayton has been working in the legal field for three years, joining Emery | Reddy in January 2026. He served in the US Navy as an Information Technologist for 10 years.

    Clayton holds an Associate’s in Administration and a Bachelor’s in Business. He is an active volunteer with the VA. He enjoys taking hikes and spending time with his partner, Mika, and dog, Mahina.

    Christian joined Emery | Reddy in March 2025 as a Junior Paralegal. He graduated from Columbia College Chicago in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years in the hospitality industry.

    While there, he developed a strong foundation in customer service and client relations. Outside of work, Christian enjoys staying active with tennis and yoga and unwinding at home with his two cats, Cosmo and Toby.

    Jade joined Emery | Reddy as a Document Clerk in 2025 and later moved onto Case Management for the Workers Compensation team.

    She has recently become the firms Client Services and Translation Specialist, where she works closely with the Hispanic community. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

    Robert has a Bachelor’s in Literary Analysis and a Master’s in Information Science, both of which are highly useful in his role as Database Manager at Emery | Reddy. 

    When he is not deep in the belly of a spreadsheet, he loves film, reading, drawing, and hanging out with his friends. He is also the proud father of Umber, one of the “Pawttorneys” at the firm. They enjoy long bike rides to the dog park together.

    Arhan joined Emery | Reddy in 2026 as a Junior Paralegal for the Employment Team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington and also holds a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from the University of Washington as well.

    In his free time, Arhan enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Lucy and Toby, as well as going cliff diving and trying out new restaurants.

    Halle has recently joined the team as a Document Clerk on the Workers’ Compensation team. She moved to Seattle in 2023 after graduating from Southern Utah University.

    She majored in Political Science with double minors in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. Halle brings experience in Personal Injury Law, and she is currently preparing to go to law school. In her free time, Halle enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her friends.

    Elijah joined the firm as a Document Clerk at the start of 2022, in search of a way to bring about positive change for those harmed by unfair employment practices.

    Since then, he has found fulfillment as a Paralegal in assisting our firm’s mission to provide justice to workers across the state and beyond. In his free time, he enjoys making music, going out dancing with friends, and long walks in the forest on chilly afternoons.
