On January 13, 2025, Conduent discovered it was the victim of a cyber incident that impacted a limited portion of its network. The breach occurred when an unauthorized third party accessed Conduent’s environment between October 21, 2024, and January 13, 2025, and obtained files associated with client information. Although Conduent reports no evidence of misuse, the exposure of sensitive data constitutes a serious privacy risk.
