On or about March 20, 2025, Doctors Hospital at Renaissance, Ltd. (“DHR Health”) discovered suspicious activity within its internal network. The company immediately secured the environment and engaged cybersecurity specialists to investigate the incident. The investigation determined that unauthorized access occurred between March 18, 2025, and March 20, 2025, during which certain files and folders were accessed or acquired.
