On or around October 27, 2025, Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP (“Fried Frank”) discovered a cybersecurity incident involving unauthorized access to a single user account. The investigation concluded that files containing personal information may have been accessed between October 23, 2025, and the early morning of October 28, 2025.

As a precaution, Fried Frank began offering affected individuals complimentary credit and identity monitoring services for two years through Equifax, including fraud consultation and identity theft restoration services.
