On or around early January 2026, Imperial Beach Community Clinic (“IB Clinic”) issued a data breach notification following a cybersecurity incident detected in its email environment. The organization launched an investigation and confirmed that an unauthorized party may have copied certain files containing sensitive personal information between February 4, 2025, and May 2, 2025.
