On or about August 21, 2025, Pacific Symphony discovered that an unauthorized third party had accessed part of its IT network. The organization immediately terminated the unauthorized access and engaged third-party cybersecurity experts to investigate the incident. While initial findings suggested no sensitive personal information was compromised, further review revealed that the attacker may have extracted data from a limited portion of the IT environment.

Pacific Symphony conducted an extensive document review to identify individuals whose information may have been exposed. Impacted individuals are being offered 12 months of free credit monitoring and $1,000,000 identity theft insurance through Experian IdentityWorks.

Pacific Symphony is a renowned performing arts organization based in California, dedicated to presenting symphonic music and cultural programs to the community.

Following the breach, Pacific Symphony implemented enhanced security measures, including network hardening and additional monitoring tools.

If you received a Data Breach notification letter from Pacific Symphony, it confirms that your information was potentially impacted.
