On or about February 16, 2026, Texollini, Inc. (“Texollini”) became aware of suspicious activity within its systems. According to the Notice of Data Breach, the company promptly launched an investigation with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists to determine the nature and scope of the incident.

Following the investigation, Texollini confirmed that an unauthorized actor accessed its environment and certain files between February 16, 2026, and February 18, 2026. After completing a comprehensive review of the affected data, the company determined on April 28, 2026, that sensitive personal information was contained within the impacted files, prompting notification to affected individuals.

After identifying the affected information, Texollini worked to enhance its security environment by implementing additional safeguards and increasing system monitoring to help prevent similar incidents in the future.

Texollini, Inc. is a manufacturing company that maintains sensitive employee and/or consumer information as part of its business operations.

Texollini has not reported any confirmed misuse of personal information at this time. However, the investigation confirmed that unauthorized access to sensitive data did occur.
