Boeing Lays off More than 2,000 Washington workers

Following-through with announcements made in October, Boeing has laid off over 2000 of its employees in the state of Washington alone. The company claims the lay-offs to be the result of overstaffing rather than an effect of the recent strike and may conduct further terminations by the end of the year. Read more.
