Washington State Expands Protections for Adult Entertainment Workers in 2025

DOL Proposes Nixing Subminimum Wages for Workers with Disabilities

Thanks to advancements in employment opportunities for people with disabilities, the U.S. Department of Labor proposed ending the practice of paying subminimum wages to workers with disabilities, phasing it out over three years.
