The Contractor Registration Program needs to increase fees to cover operating expenses. The fee increase is the maximum allowed by the state Office of Financial Management for fiscal year 2026. It is based on the average personal income growth over the past decade.
The agency filed a CR-102 Proposed Rulemaking about the fee increase on Jan. 21. If adopted, the fee increase would take effect July 1, 2025.
The hearing will continue until all oral comments are received.
You can provide testimony and written comments during the hearing, or send written comments by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025 to:

"Very friendly interview and intake process. I was informed thoroughly about the processes in obtaining a lawyer and was given ample time to make a decision on representation. I’m thankful for everyone’s help and looking forward to working with this Firm on my worker’s compensation claim."
