New Laws Affecting Workers In Washington
Gov Ferguson signed into law more bills that will affect workers across Washington. ESHB 1644 establishes penalties for employers who violate child labor laws and minor employment restrictions, including fines for missing permits and industrial injuries or death of minors, as well as the revocation of minor working permits.
