On February 11, 2026, Fishman, Larsen & Callister, P.C. (“FLC”) issued written Notice of Data Breach letters to individuals whose personal information was exposed during a cybersecurity incident. According to the notification, FLC discovered a network disruption on June 9, 2025. A subsequent investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and acquired certain data without authorization on or about June 8, 2025.

Upon identifying unusual activity, FLC acted quickly to secure its systems and engaged third‑party cybersecurity experts to conduct a detailed forensic investigation. The firm also hired a specialized vendor to perform a comprehensive review of the compromised data to determine whether personal information was involved. On February 5, 2026, FLC confirmed the scope of the breach, enabling it to begin issuing notification letters to impacted individuals.
