On or about December 16, 2025, IMA Diligence Services, LLC (“IMA Diligence”) became aware of suspicious activity involving a legacy file server managed by a third party. According to the Notice of Data Breach, IMA Diligence promptly initiated an investigation and engaged third-party cybersecurity specialists to determine the nature and scope of the incident.

Following the initial investigation, IMA Diligence confirmed that an unauthorized actor accessed the affected server and acquired certain files between December 8, 2025, and December 16, 2025. Because of the time-intensive review process required to identify impacted data and individuals, the company undertook a comprehensive analysis before issuing notification letters to those potentially affected.

After identifying the affected files, IMA Diligence worked to secure its systems and confirm the integrity of its network. The company also reported reviewing and strengthening its policies, procedures, and safeguards related to the storage and access of sensitive information to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

IMA Diligence Services, LLC is a transaction advisory partner, delivering financial insights that reveal risks and support confident decision-making.

IMA Diligence also stated that it is not aware of any misuse of personal information as a result of the incident. However, the investigation confirmed that unauthorized access to certain files did occur.
