On or about July 25, 2025, Rain Bird Corporation discovered suspicious activity affecting portions of its Web Store. The company immediately secured its environment and engaged third-party cybersecurity specialists to investigate. The investigation determined that fraudulent activity occurred between February 11, 2025, and September 5, 2025, involving payment cards used for transactions on the Rain Bird Web Store.
While there is limited evidence of fraudulent transactions, Rain Bird concluded that certain personal and financial information may have been exposed. Out of caution, Rain Bird is notifying affected individuals and offering 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services through TransUnion.
