Emery | Reddy is serving as plaintiffs’ counsel in a federal class action lawsuit alleging that Costco raised consumer prices to offset federal tariffs — and then later sought refunds for those same costs after the tariffs were ruled unlawful.
The lawsuit claims consumers nationwide paid higher prices at checkout, while Costco now seeks to recover the tariff money from the federal government without reimbursing affected shoppers.
